We have promoted job creation and hundreds of millions in commercial development all across the City from the Waterfront, the Cross Insurance Center, a revitalized downtown, an economically important International Airport, the expansion by C & L Aerospace, and we successfully moved to an increased level of recycling, despite intense lobbying against us ,and sign on with the new facility being built in Hampden- Fiberright- which will save Bangor taxpayers close to a million dollars over the course of the 15 year contract (compared to what PERC was seeking to charge us during the same time period).
